Terms of Use for Fitbiy Septic

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of fitbiy.property and the services offered through it by Fitbiy Septic. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Offer

Fitbiy Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Stand Apart From Us

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Phone, Text and Email Contact

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@fitbiy.property.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Fitbiy Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Fitbiy Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of this site, from any provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
