How to File a Complaint with Fitbiy Septic

A friendly provider talking with a homeowner beside a yard in Garrettsville

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Fitbiy Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Fitbiy Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Fitbiy Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@fitbiy.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
